Job Description

1) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
2) Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
3) Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including the expansion of the customer base.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
5) Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
6) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote company products and enhance brand visibility.
7) Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
8) Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
9) Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
10) Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product offerings.
11) Foster strong collaboration between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
12) Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
13) Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
14) Identify and qualify potential patients, including individuals with existing heart conditions, those at risk for heart disease, and those experiencing cardiac symptoms.
15) Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, cardiologists, and other specialists, to promote the clinic’s services and generate referrals.
16) Conduct outreach and marketing activities to raise awareness of the clinic and its services.
17) Manage and track sales leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
18) Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential patients and healthcare professionals.
19) Negotiate and close contracts with patients and their insurance companies.
20) Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team goals.
21) Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
22) Prepare reports and presentations for the clinic’s management team.
23) Stay up-to-date on advancements in cardiology and healthcare marketing.
24) Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the healthcare industry.
25) Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
