Job Description

* Build relationships with existing customers.
* Provide excellent after-sales service, including prompt responses and promotions.
* Consistently collect customer testimonials and reviews.
* Ensure team work schedules, including online schedules, are adhered to.
* Responsible for immediate updates and responses on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Supervise ordering, packaging, and delivery processes.
* Monitor and report reduced stock for restocking purposes.
* Conduct regular stock audits and manage online product quantity.
* Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to meet monthly sales goals.
* Ensure overall efficiency in boutique operations.
* Prepare and balance daily closing reports.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive boutique.
* Schedule daily assignments for staff.
* Monitor product availability and presentation.
