Job Description

Position: Account Executive
Salary: RM3,000- RM4,0000
Working Days: Monday – Friday ( 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM )
Location: Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Job Description:

1) To perform daily accounting operations, and assist in handling a full set of accounts and Bank Reconciliation.
2) Independence, able to optimize current accounting flow.
3)To assist company in setting up a strong financial database and system.
4)To assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing, journal adjustment, and monthly reporting.
5) Participate in company management meeting for company continuous improvement.
6)Prepare payment vouchers & online banking payments, and liaise with the supplier, vendor, contractor, client about payment.
7) To monitor and ensure that the tax returns are submitted to the IRB on or before the statutory due date.
8) Perform supplier invoice checking and supplier reconciliation.
9) To ensure that the tax computation and tax returns are prepared in accordance to the provision of the relevant tax laws and regulations.
10) Obtain financial data from several sources such as daily sales reports, expense reports, and monthly statements
11) To give full cooperation to any other tax matters arising/ tax queries raised by IRB including but not limited to tax audit and investigation.
12) Responsible for maintenance of records, documentation, and filling to support all accounting entries.
13) Assist company in developing company standard finance procedure
mmarizing progress and highlighting areas for improvement14) Assist in inventory reports, cost analysis, and liaison with the auditor, company secretary tax, and bank.
14) Assist in administrative duties, which may include employment verifications, benefits administration, background screening.
15) Attend to ad hock request related to account executive scope of work by management from time to time.
16) Maintaining a database of contact information.
17) Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
18) Provide regular reports on client account status, including revenue trends, opportunities, and challenges
