Position: Senior Business Development Executive
Salary: RM3,500- RM4,5000
Working Days: Monday – Friday ( 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM )
Location: Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Job Description:

1) Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the retail and fashion industry.
2) Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and development
3) Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
4) Identify and prioritize key growth areas and opportunities for diversification.
5) Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and potential business partners.
6) Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
7) Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and networking activities.
8) Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
9) Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
10) Develop and present proposals to senior management for new business initiatives.
11) Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
12) Provide input and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
13) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
14) Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing progress and highlighting areas for improvement
