Job Description

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
2. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
4. Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
5. Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
6. Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.
7. Administer employee benefits, and compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
8. Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.
