Job Description

Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: , Taman Ampang Hilir, 68000 Ampang Selangor
Salary: RM3,000 – RM 4,500
Working hours: Thursday – Monday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Description:

1) Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to,
staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service..
2) Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and uphold
company standards
3) Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
4) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
5) Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of supplies and ingredients.
6) Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and budget adherence.
7) Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee
development.
8) Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and
timely manner.
9) Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
10) Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences to continuously improve the restaurant’s offerings and services
11) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement strategies to enhance the restaurant’s offerings and brand image.
