Position: Video Editor Cum Videographer
Salary: Rm2,500 – RM3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturday: 8.30am to 1.30pm)
Location: Inai Republic HQ, No 10G, Jalan 58/10, Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 2, Batu Caves

Job Description:
1) Edit and create high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional materials, social media content, event coverage, and instructional videos.
2) Capture and record video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment, ensuring excellent visual and audio quality.
3) Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
4) Trim and assemble recorded footage, incorporating transitions, effects, graphics, and sound to produce engaging and visually appealing videos.
5) Ensure that the videos adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency in terms of style, tone, and messaging.
6) Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
7) Stay updated with industry trends and new editing techniques, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance video quality and storytelling.
8) Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient file structure and backup system to ensure easy retrieval and archival.
9) Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to develop video strategies that effectively communicate messages and engage the target audience.
10) Meet project deadlines, managing multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
11) Must have the ability to market content, contribute new ideas, and demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage team members.
