Job Description

Position: Sales Retailer Executive
Salary: RM2,500- RM3,000
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday WFH 9 AM – 1PM)
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Description:

1) Identify and target potential retailers for our educational products.
2) Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retailers.
3) Provide product training and support to retailers to ensure optimal product knowledge and sales performance.
4) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
5) Conduct regular sales visits to retailers to promote products, negotiate terms, and secure orders.
6) Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
7) Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
8) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for retail partners.
9) Coordinate product displays, demonstrations, and events at retail locations to increase visibility and drive sales.
10) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
11) Address retailer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
12) Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
13) Act as a liaison between retailers and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
